Dutch cartoonist arrested

Radio Netherlands said Friday that the artist, who works under the pseudonym Gregorius Nekschot, was arrested and had a number of his materials seized as part of the ongoing investigation.

Cartoonists--already under threat of death for mocking Mohammed--are now treated as criminals by the very system of law that should protect them.

Who would have ever thought that free speech would be so imperilled in the 21st century.
